Just left this wayfield store, had a bad experience, i had a six pack of beer with my groceries and had to give my id because the casher was not old enough to sell alcohol. She culled for customer service., she came out the office and started talking to someone and laughing and what not, to make a long story short, she took her time coming over to me, by that time i said customer service, she looked at me and took even more time to come over. I asked her why she was acting like that towards me, I'm the customer, she got very angry and started arguing with me, her temper was really bad, i left unhappy
I go to Wayfields for the roasted chicken and barbeque spare ribs. They know how to season and cook these items. They are more expensive, but way better quality.
A bit pricey compared to Kroger and doesn't have their selection. However, they make up for it with their bakery section. And the deli. I've put on two stone just glancing at the ribs.
Great store, nice, friendly employees, convenient, sits alone so there's always somewhere to park, clean store, nice fresh meats and vegetables. The weekly sales are fantastic. I've shopped Kroger's and Wayfield prices are lower.
Store is usually very clean. Staff are cool. Nice and quiet. And I swear I somehow got dropped off in 1993, because I saw a Crystal Pepsi display the last time I was there. Tempting, yes. But no.
It's a good grocery store. Had everything I need and convenient and the already prepped food is delicious! My girlfriend and I love Way field!
