Ordered a 5pc wing and fries at 7:30 for pickup, called and confirmed that it would be ready because I have a limited lunch break. The lady said it would be ready when I arrived. When I got there at 8:10, I was told they had never put my order in. I asked how is that possible when I CALLED IN to confirm. I was told I'd have to wait yet another 10 minutes for food that I had ordered and paid for nearly an hour before. Talked to the manager and reminded her that me and my coworkers patronize here ALL THE TIME, at least 3-4 times a week and that I'm pregnant and hungry and pressed for time. She absolutely did not care. I usually have a good repertoire with her but today she showed that she doesn't care about my money or my business. I will never go back there again and have advised all the people I had sent her way to never go back as well. STOP supporting people who don't give a damn about their own business.
The food here is actually good but thier customer service sucks. They answer the phone as if they don't need you to buy their food. Not only that but they occasionally forget something in your order and when you call to tell them they'll say they will send it out but never do! I ordered a lg pizza with two wing combos last night but they only gave me one fry. I called them asking if they can bring them, I did pay for it so why couldn't they bring them out? This is STEALING. I didn't make a big deal because it's just fries but this has happened one time too many! I will no longer be spending my money here!
This place needs to be renamed worst pizza and wings. Seen a giant cockroach in the lobby area. These bangladeshians are running a sweat shop in there and the people of college park settle for this mess. Pizza is disgusting like they use the cheapest ingredients ever. They don't care what they feed you, they don't eat they're own food they go home and eat middle eastern/Indian type dishes. Wings are small, hard, oily and nasty. Food doesn't taste real. Horrible imitation of American food. They've got their disabled family member in there making your food and doing who knows what. This place need to be inspected without notice and shut down. It messes my stomach up . This is survival food when nothing else is available
