Always friendly folks there. A nice touch is the free car wash on your way out. Close to the airport, so a quick shuttle ride..
This past weekend my company had an event out of town. When we returned Sunday night several of our employees vehicles had been broken-into and vandalized. Apparently over 50 other vehicle had been involved in the same. "Park 'N Fly" claimed no responsibility for this, stating they have no cameras or security! Then why in the world would people pay to park their vehicles here?? Therefore, I can not possibly recommend parking your vehicle here if you expect it to be taken care of while you're gone. "Park 'N Ride" says that's not their job.
Pick up times at Atl have slowed significantly. Hopefully the service will improve. If not, I will choose another one.
Service was excellent. Driver was very helpful assisting everyone. Bus was there before I could get out of my car and drop off was easy. Free carwash never hurts!
Quick pick up going to and from my car. Drivers always nice. So convienent, how can they be rated less than 5 stars?
