My car was not only broken into, but completely stolen from lot. Staff could have cared less when I returned from my trip. The supervisor even asked if we had another way home, as if we had a spare car just sitting around the lot! It took her over an hour to even get us an Uber home! I am yet to be contact by the company for an apology or even an acknowledgement of what happened. It is impossible for a lot that’s staffed 24 hours have cars broken into and no one heard any alarms from any of the 70 cars that was broken into. Please do not park your car here!

This was our favorite parking facility for over 10 years. The service has gone down over the past year. We were dropped off at our truck last night with no indication that anything was wrong until we saw our window broken out with glass all over our front seats. I flagged down another bus to see if the police had been notified and he said drive to the office. They could not have cared any less. Gave us a form and told us it had been reported and we could contact the police for a report. They did say corporate would probably contact is for a refund. Haven’t heard fro them. We finally got someone to get a vacuum to help clean out our seats for the 2 hour ride home with no window. The guy that brought the vacuum said the thieves were just looking for guns. Over 60 cars broken into and no one even heard a thing. And no one cared anyway. A little customer service could have gone a long way. We will find a new parking spot.

As of 11/3/2017 we have worked through nothing! I have talked to corporate only because I called them! No resolution has been made and have not been contacted since initial correspondence.

We have been using this place for years. You pay extra for valet service. The bus picks you up from the airport and then they phone in and your car is warmed up and ready for you. They also have people that help you with your bags off the bus and load them in your car. Well today my car was not pulled up, was not warmed up, and smelled like a damn ashtray. I️ asked for the manager and he was EH-

Sunday morning departure. 46 degrees outside. We were kept waiting outside. A shuttle came and left because it served domestic terminals only. Then the proper shuttle came but some passenger had to use the restroom. Then we kept waiting for more passenger to board. A good 8 min passed. Never been delayed for so long at a Park N Fly facility. Worst experience ever.

Update: The corporate office did contact us with an offer to cover our expenses and some compensation. They were very apologetic. They did say that they will train their employees on how to better handle bad situations and that this should have been handled more professionally. Hopefully they will follow through. We will give them another try and check everything out.

guy didn’t smoke in your car. Well someone who smells like an ashtray shouldn’t even be sitting in my car. Also- no excuse or apology for not having my car ready. NOT COOL.

Update:

I use them when I fly for business. Good service. Reliable. They accomplish what they're there for. Valet service is worth the couple of bucks per day. You get in your car pretty much as soon as you get off the shuttle. Friendly employees.
