They also do not refund when they refuse to honour reservations. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.
Don't park here! Terrible customer service. I recently booked and paid for a covered valet parking reservation on a third party site. When I arrived at Wally Park, the parking attendant tried to turn me away because the lot was full. She said that unless I had booked on the Wally Park site I wouldn't be able to park there due to the full lot. After convincing her to call her manager, I was let into the lot however she recommended that I self-park instead of valet because she had nowhere to put my car. I'm not sure why I would be allowed to even purchase a reservation if the lot was full. Then when I left the lot the parking attendant tried to charge me an extra days fare. Management needs to do a much better job of customer service.
Had confirmed reservation and when we arrived THEY said sorry no room we over sold your parking spot. Go to another company to find parking. Your on your own.
Even after pre-paying and getting a confirmed reservation number, this place, when you arrive, says it is first come first serve.
The lot is secure and the staff is helpful and friendly. The price is great and the trip to the departures drop off is quick. The only issue we had was trying to get to the pickup vehicle to return to the lot for pickup. There is no convient way to walk directly to the pickup spot. The pickup spot is on the second row of vehicles waiting for patrons to go pick up their vehicles and you have to walk around one end of a fence or the other to get there. This is not Wally parks fault and I still feel they deserve 5 stars.
Bought on third party discount site. Advertised as valet parking and covered parking. On arrival no valet, doors locked, no one in sight. Parked myself to get to airport. "Covered" parking only if you drive a smart car. At departure cashier said they don't have a valet because of staffing issues. I'll go back to the company I have always used, you get what you pay for.
The guards are rude and told everyone to F-Off because white privilege doesn’t get you a space even if you’ve paid for it.
