We prepaid for uncovered parking but when we arrived the lot was FULL. We were allowed in and left to our own devices to find a spot. After 25 minutes of fruitless searching we pleaded for help and the "manager" said he couldn't help us because he was alone and had to stay at the cashier's booth. Fearing that we would miss our flight we took one of the many available covered spots at the very fringe of the lot (hardly covered at all!). Then on our return they demanded $40 more for the privilege of parking there. This was no deal at all. Beware of the bait and switch. Will never use again!!!
I've been using preflight for years and the service this morning was horrible! I travel during the holidays alot and have never encountered such chaos here. What they dont tell you is when you get here and it's crowded they have no place for you to park your car on your own. You have no choice but to leave it and your keys with someone who works there until you return. This does not make me feel comfortable at all. I will never use them again. Stay away!!!
Terrible, I've used Pre-flight for many, many years and this is the first time I am disappointed with them. Due to Hurricane Irma we had to change our reservation of Fri - Sunday to Monday - Wed and of course the daily price went up because we weren't staying over a Saturday. This was not our fault, it was due to the hurricane. I spoke with Emma who said she is the supervisor and there was nothing she could do to adjust the rate. Due to the extenuating circumstances of the hurricane you would think they would be able to honor the lower rate, but NO she said there was nothing she can do. I am really, really disappointed!! If I could give 0 star I would but I had to select at least 1 star in order to post. Shame on you for not waiving the extra charge!
Went on a trip for thanksgiving, not only were they professional but, the staff was really nice and knowledgeable about the upcoming construction at the airport. When i got back i had to re book a spot for a trip one day after i got back the manager was really nice and made sure i was taking care of.
Covered parking is under a big roof. So your car is covered no matter what time of day and which direction the rain comes from. The bus is generally waiting at the airport to get you back to your car. The bus's have so much cr*p on the windows that you can't see if you are at your car or someone else's. The driver's are helpful, "Black car"... Really?
