All in all, completely satisfied with my experience as I always have been with Avis.
i travel to several cities for work and always used Avis and /or Enterprise and bar none the AVIS at ATL airport is the best when it comes to service, speed and cleanliness. The staff has clearly been well trained and you can tell they have strong leadership at the facility! Its a pleasure and i will continue to use their outstanding service.
After a cancelled flight on a busy Saturday I was able to reserve a one way rental with avis at Atlanta airport. With many following my path to avis, the line grew quickly. Through out the wait and process the staff was professional and patient. I truly felt valued at every turn. I'm late posting this, but I have since become a loyal Avis customer. Good service under difficult circumstances. Trust me, service matters.
Onto this particular facility. My customer service was excellent, the car I received was excellent. However, when I first got the car, it smelled like marijuana and there was a little trash on the inside. The representative (April) personally took the car down to get it cleaned and the interior sprayed to mask the smell of marijuana.
I reserved my vehicle online, than discovered the app. I highly recommend the app.
I had a very positive experience with AVIS. I initially went to the physical location to see how much it would cost to rent a compact vehicle for the weekend, that was a mistake. The front desk guy was very pleasant and he told me that it would cost $110. Um...No. Before I went, I did go online and found better deals. So I asked him if I could use the online deals at the physical location. He said no and that it would be best if I went online to rent the vehicle. So I left and went online, and sure enough I found a compact vehicle for $58.33 for the weekend-almost a 50% discount! Renting online is a way better option (at least for me).
I never had any contact with the front desk clerks or any of the workers due to being a preferred member. As a preferred member, the process was very easy. I just looked at the board and saw my name and to see were my car was located and went straight to it with no problems at all. The car I received met my standards and everything went smoothly. The preferred member program is the best program.
